The creative teams at Modulus Design took an old home that was in complete disrepair in downtown Albuquerque and gave it new life as a modern duplex. Using the small lot and existing setbacks, we were able to meet the parking requirements and construct two bedroom units that were bright and airy. Nice interior and exterior finishes made for a unique but fitting addition to an urban neighborhood with a 5-minute walk to downtown.
