Our design office uses Autodesk Revit to provide As-Built drawings of your existing space, Design Set plans + 3D Renderings, and a full set of Construction Documents to submit for permit.
BUILD
We can provide both bids and cost estimates for the build-out of your commercial and residential projects - our team can also provide project management services throughout the entire construction process.
FABRICATE
Our fabrication shop and design office work closely together on certain projects that require custom steel and wood fabrication for build out. Modulus Design is here to help you with the design process, the construction process, and all the steps in between.
