How do you turn a Jiffy Lube into a restaurant, winery, craft beer, and volleyball establishment? Modulus Design did just that for Duke City Beaches with an open industrial space utilizing the garage doors and adding lots of great outdoor patio space to watch some sand sports.
Bold colors, steel, and wood finishes make for an awesome space perfect for bringing the community together for a good time! We completed this fun commercial remodel that boasts a restaurant and bar design, a fresh taproom design, and uniquely suitable spaces for Volleyball (see schedule here), and Beach Soccer (see schedule here)!
